No one(The Stuff) knows how to apply for student loans at Nedbank.

I went to Nedbank Carlswald on Saturday to apply for a student loan for my brother, I was told that I cant apply at the branch I was given a reference number & told that I need to go home wait for a consultant to call me then we can process everything. I waited and I was never called back so I took it upon myself to call I was put through to student loans the lady said I need to go to the branch or apply on line I asked her to guide me through the online application she told me she doesn't know how its done. I'm so disappointed at the service I've been getting it seems like one knows anything at Nedbank.
