No one to help

I have an expired loan with nedbank because of financial challenges I'm faced with. for a couple of times late last year i called the personal loans call centre to get someone to help me make an arrangement bt i was always given another number to call(lawyers i think) and when i call them they will tell me the account is not with them and give me another number to call which i did and still could not get hep got sent back to call centre is pent more than a 100 rand on calls without getting help that I ended up giving up hoping someone will contact me but until today nobody has. now im unable to pay anything cos I don't know to which account must i make payment si if possible can i please get some account details where i can make payment and please email me a account statement please reply via email as I cannot take calls
