No one knows how to fix a problem..

<p>I app**** for a topup loan on August 5th 2017 - the Monday I emailed my payslips away to the consultant. After having to phone and follow up every single day as no one was contacting me I am told today that the application is still pending because the Vangate branch can't manage to send a clear copy of my payslips to them. In other words their equipment is faulty or of bad quality. After phoning ***I ask how can this be fixed because I need to have this sorted out I'm told : "Oh yes this is a problem, but there is nothing I can do..."Really? Your client must sit getting frustrated and no one is able to sort this problem out 4 days later??</p>
