No one in Nedbank is able to resolve a simple query

We want to cancel the homeloan. Went to the branch who could not help, and gave us a phone no. Phoned the number but they could not assist - gave us another number. This number is no longer in service. We really need someone intelligent that can assist us, Does Nedbank have someone they can put us in contact with?
