No one cares at Nedbank late estates

My father's wife passed away suddenly in January 2021. Being 15 years younger than my father, he had put everything in her name and he did not even have his own bank account. The will left everything to my father with Nedbank as executor. Well a total disaster. It took until June 2021 to get the Nedbank elected executor approved by the Master. Nedbank begrudging released some money for Dad to live. 2 weeks after being approved, the executor resigns from Nedbank. From then on we begged and pleaded but no one cared. The new executor was eventually approved in January 2022. We still are paying off her car financed thru Nedbank as they have not done the paperwork to sell it. My father's car was in her name and we cannot licence it as the paperwork is not forthcoming. The licence expired in January and6I get told that they busy preparing the documents. I got told 2 months ago I'd receive the docs Wed, well I suppose she didn't say which year as still nothing. I tried to do it but its flagged on Natis as owner deceased. They begrudgingly release money when it suits them so I've had to support him for up to 3 months at a time. Your emails get ignored. I send them docs via Nedbank internal mail and they get lost - when they get a chance the blame is directed at me. Here it was my fault for not waiting in a queue for an hour to get a tracking number and left it with the enquiries lady.

The executors boss is a total waste of time, he's never rep**** to a single email I've sent him.

I am involved currently with my mother's estate, who passed away Dec 2020. My step mother died 8 weeks later and my partner passed away Dec 2021. The other 2 estates are nearly complete and Nedbank have the easiest of the 3. You never get an update, it's an absolute disaster.

Prior to this Nedbank were the elite Bank to me but between the estates dept and taking 3 weeks to sort out my father's account, they are like headless chickens. My complaints to consumer care never get answered. My last resort is to get the Master to fire them as executor, which I can see I will have to do next.

No one cares at Nedbank. They just costing me money.
