No one can tell me how my account is under debt review?

I called the call centre this morning. I cannot access my available funds on my bond. I was told that my account has a hold on it. According to debt review they did not put the hold on my account. I am not in arrears on either my bond or credit card and pay more that I’m supposed to. I also have more than R100000 in available cash on my bond. Then i get transferred from the one dept back to the next. Call ***
