No one can help unblock my card for online payment

Nedbank is a **** bank. Since last night I have been trying to make payment online using my Visa Card, they keep on declining the transaction. I called the entire night, all they could say was that I should call this morning between 9-5, like seriously. I am in a serious situation here trying to make an online payment immediately and you telling me to call the next day between 9-5, what kind of nonsense is that. This morning again I have been calling since, no one is assisting me, they are asking me to send an email to my Business Banker, and my Business Banker is also telling me that he doesn't handle cards issues, once it comes to online payment using card, it's the card department that handles that. I am so disappointed. No one know what they are doing. Simply card block, no one is able to help me, now going to two days.
