NO NEDBANK NO!!!

I have informed Nedbank in December about transactions that needs to be reversed. Another in February. Up untill today after numerous mails, reports, forms filled in and emails plus online banking chats. I still did not get my money back. YOU ARE THE WORST BANK EVER.
