No Monthly Statement Nedbank

Nedbank:

I sent Nedbank an e-mail advising that I am still waiting for my monthly statement as the e-mail I received did not have the attachment and when one clicks on the attachment it goes straight to the Internet (On-line-Banking) I received an e-mail from Jody Griffin 2 days ago but got no response or any feed back. Poor service from Nedbank this is not the first time I battle with month end statements.
