No International Number to Report *****

I received a message today to say my Nedbank ID has been suspended. I'm currently overseas and cannot find a single contact number that works to contact Nedbank or make contact with your ***** Division. This is completely unacceptable. How must I report the matter and find out what is happening with my account. Surely I'm not the ony client that may need to report ***** while being abroad.
