No interest in complaint about faulty ATM
<p>on 7 July i withdrew a larger amount from a Nedbank ATM only to notice that the cash dispensing mechanism failed and over R1200 of the R200 notes were stuck in the machine and could not be retrieved since I did not carry tweezer or small plyers with me :-).</p> <p>I did informed Nedbank complaints department only to be told that complaints do not communicate with the ATM department and as such they could not not entertain me further.</p>
