No instruction to deposit money into our business account.

My wife who is also my business partner went to Nedbank dobsonville to give notice on her savings account. The person who was assisting, without being given the instruction to deposit the money into the business account went ahead and deposited the money into the business account. Normally before they will give her a cheque to cash in. When I question if that was her instruction, the person made me feel like she is doing me a favour. Instead she hanged the line on my ears. She does not see the tax implications of what she did. What I wanted to know was whether when they deposited the amount was the client's instructions. You guys can not makes us look as if we have been generating more income than that we have generated because of your mistake. It will be us who will paying those taxation for the mistake made by the bank. I personally need that answer on this. When she ask for them money to be removed and be given to her she was advised that it will be returned to the savings account and she will have to give another notice, what a bull.
