No help with credit card application

App**** for a Credit card, received approval, no one has contacted me, when calling the call center I get told that They are phoning number a and b which I have informed them multiple times is incorrect, now they say it is declined because they cannot get hold of me.

I even went into the store to complete FICA where they were also unable to assist.
