No help what so ever!!

Been in contact with Nedbank for three weeks now, i had a credit card with them so the amount was prescribed. And now in order to remove my name from debt review i need a prescribed letter, they say sorry they are not able to give me one as proof that the account was prescibed and is now closed. How can they not give me an official letter as proof??
