No Help!! Requested a letter last week and still no assistance!

Absolutely frustrated with the type of service Nedbank offers, because they basically offer none!

It's been over a week since my father requested a confirmation letter that an account has been closed and we haven't received it yet. We've been to a Nedbank branch who said that they can not assist. We spoke to 4 different consultants over the phone. We emailed 2 Credit administrators from the legal department. And no one seems to offer any assistance. Right at this moment, we have been trying to call *** and it rings and then gets cut.

Disappointing service will never be using this bank because they don't value you the customers and clearly has no sense of urgency!
