no help received after 3 hours waiting period

I went to nedbank branch in festival mall on the with my sisters to open a club account. It was just after 12 mid- day. DER was a long que n other people left. We waited patient. Immediately @ 15h00 when they close, one of the consultants started walking the que to find from everyone what they wanted to do. When it's our turn we were told by the consultant that it's late they can not open a club account. After a long wait they only chase us away because she said club are opened before 10am but no one bothered to tell us instead they waisted our time
