NO HELP OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT & FALSE ADVERTISING

We put a big investment in for my 90yr old mom. We came specially for the 8 5% interest. 4 weeks later and your offices are not operational and the app is not working! My sister is struggling but Nedbank cannot help!

I REALLY REGRET TAKING HER INVESTMENT TO NEDBANK.

THIS IS NOT ONLY BAD SERVICE, IT IS SHOCKING AND PATHETIC!
