No help locating missing payment since 29 December

Nedbank's service is terrible. I have been querying a missing transaction from my Nedbank account made on the 29th of December 2022. The app chat consultants provided conflicting feedbank. Went to Waterfront branch CPT and was told they are unable to help me. Called on the 19th still no feedback. Tried again today and i was put on hold till i had to cut the call. How am i supposed to resolve this when they do not have a competent customer service???
