No help in distress ( Nedbank )

48 Hours to get R5000 rand added onto a existing personal loan. I find it shocking that different divisions within nedbank cant speak to each other effectively. From being granted approval and all was needed was my payslip , which was sent early the next morning to nothing still being paid out. Except being asked about outstanding loans which I have stated over the phone I have none and it even saying so on my payslip.. terrible terrible.
