No help from Nedbank

My name are Dina Magdelena du Plooy cell nr ***.I made a personal loan at Nedbank with their insurance in place,i where retrence at my work i submit my papers and the insurance approved then every month when my UIF money is in my account Nedbank took all of money because my instalment was R2865,72 and every month i have to call several times to get my money back so this month they took my money i call again several times some of the times they give me reference nr F ***3,***9,***2,***8,***9,***1.Some of the people say just wait 48 hours other no wait 7 working days now i want to now Uif money for a unemployed person meens you can by food now i must just stay without it untill somebody at Nedbank want to help me.WHY?????
