No help from Nedbank

It's been 2 months and NO ONE has helped Call centre or branch. The App no longer works, none of my logins work and there is ZERO listed on my app. How does that work. I have no idea payments or balances Greenbacks This is such bad service. No one cares. All I get is we escalated. to who????
