No help from Nedbank

I was retrenched and went to a nedbank branch to submit forms to claim from Credit life for retrenchment cover on my cheque and credit card account. Up until now more than a month later I have still not received a response from them, tried calling their call centre several times and was told they will call me back but up until now I have not received any response from them. Instead to make matters worse they have handed my accounts over to attorneys yet I have retrenchment cover now what I find amusing is that I submitted forms to absa for my cheque account and overdraft with them same day as nedbank but Absa processed everything within a week and Nedbank NOTHING!!! The best day could do was yo hand my account over
