No help from Mfc in time of need

I am at a point were i am very frustrated with mfc. My mom purchased a vehicle for me in her name in 2016. We have tried to explain to mfc that my income has been affected during this unprecedented time,i have not been working since march at the beginning of lockdown. We have requested that the months that im not able to make payments be added to the contract as i can only be able to start making payments again from the last day of october,i have even requested to set a debit order from my account as of 31st october but still the agent handling the account isnt willing to assist.

Tania simon does not want to assist,she insists that the account is in my mom s name and she is currently working so she could pay the account. I understand that the account is in my mom s name but there is a reason why i have been paying the car for the past THREE YEARS and thats because the car is mine and my mom has a lot of other financial commitments of her own,all im asking is to be given until september to resume my payments in october. I did not ask for me to be in this situation,i am not saying i can no longer be able to pay i am saying i can only start paying in october.

I really dont appreciate that regardless of the email sent in request of this payment holiday,tania phoned my mom and pushed her to making payment arrangement. My mom told me she made payment arrangement for yesterday,right now i dont know how im gonna make that payment. Right now im in a situation were its either pay mfc or rent,put yourself in my shoes for a second and see what you would do if you were me right now. This is only temporary but for mfc to refuse to assist is really frustrating.
