No help for start up Small-business owners- ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

<p> Ive had my business bank account and company registered via Nedbank - the service was convenient and great .</p> <p>As it is a new business & Rome wasnt build in a day , Ive not been transacting on the account but however plan to in the future , Im aware of the monthly cost to keeping the account open and happened to fall behind 1 month on these fees - On the 03/10 I went into Nedbank St georges Mall to make a deposit to clear the outstanding fees , asked the teller what the amount would be to keep the account open and made the deposit . Then on the 05/10 recieve a txt to say the account will be closed , I then called the number provided and tried to make contact , the relevant person was not available , I left a message , he then tried calling me back later , I missed the call . On the 06/10 my account was closed . Ive wrote emails to Nedbank customer services,called them and also been into the branch to try having the account re-opened on the same day - thus far nobody is willing to help - Ive been told to open a new account .</p> <p>As it is a new account and a new business ( which I registered via Nedbank) It is still being developed single handedly by me - Im working with extreme limited resources - All the work Ive done thus far relating to my online business and the relevant account will be lost - Incidently Ive been told by a teller on the day I went in that this same thing happened to a customer a day before concerning their business account ? Am I just a statistic? that can be easily deleted and silenced ? So I appeal on this platform for help?</p> <p>Thanks so much</p>
