No help for loan application

I app**** for a consolidation loan a few days, maybe more than a week ago. I have been having no luck. I got told I qualified, but when I check online there is a message stating 'Resume failed case'. I have no idea what that even means. I've tried getting help, but to no avail. I got told the case has been referred to IT, but nothing.
