no help even when i have letter of authority

I went to Nedbank at fordsburg for the last money that was left on my late husband account, i took with me a letter of authority from judge, a certified copy of his id and death certificate, my id and marriage certificate with original death certificate but the manager send me away cause he want original id wich i explain that i don't have and even ask him if i can go back to judge and ask different letter but he refused and send me away please can someone help me, worse someone was busy withdrawing the money from the until last weekend
