No help at all- Nedbank Debt review

I have App**** for Debt review, my pesonal loan account was not added to the onto the agreement as per my instruction

called Nedbank debt review at least 5 times , every time i get told the same story, "we going to send this to the relevent department to add it to the COB "

still not done , then Nebank Personal loans calls me for this same account and when i tell them what is going on they tell me its not their problem

yet no one comes back to me or says anything,

honestly a bad experience
