NO Help at all from Professional Banking

i have been struggling to get hold of my Professional banker for a week and no one is willing to help me because his name is on my bank profile - Tamelo - he does not help me assit me and send some else to call and say I must make my own arrangement

Thanks Nedbank - after 26yrs I can really say your service is the WORST ever
