No help at all

Nedbabk took money from my savings pockets to a domaint account that was last used in 2017 or 2018. After recently opening the new account which was a cheque account it seemed as if the old saving account had greenbacks which I was not aware of nor dis I agree to it . They have been promising me a refund for more than three weeks ref number that was given is ***1
