NO HELP

I am a small business owner and has requested help from Nedbank now on 3 occasion to help me with a small loan for 2 months, they have taken so long to come back that I had to make other plans, now I have asked them just to provide me with a letter to say the may company is doing well and to assist me in this letter to make my company look good, but now they do not even want to assist me in that, they just forward me a proof of my account, this is services. Well thank you Nedbank. You advertise that you want to assist small business. Please
