No help

Hi, My mother passed away last year, there's a lady that's appointed to do my mothers estate ( when I ask her who appointed her she said my mothers testament ). When I ask her for a copy, she tells me that my mothers estate doesn't have anything to do with me. When I put in a complaint, she's the one responding, I want someone from Nedbank to help me with this problem. Her name is Ilonka Kruger from Nedbank. Tx,
