NO FOLLOW UP ON CREDIT CARD APPLICATION

I app**** for a credit card with Nedbank 2 weeks ago, I have been struggling to get a clear response as to the progress of my application. I received 2 sms's that asked me to send documentation, twice yet, still no response or follow up. I called and I was told that my application is being processed and that I would receive a response in 48 hrs yet its been 5 days now. I am very disappointed with Nedbank.
