No feedback received

I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding a payment arrangement I requested on 27/09/2023 which was agreed would be noted when first payment was made. And this has not been processed as agreed. Despite following the necessary procedures and receiving confirmation that my request would be actioned, I recently discovered that no changes have been made to my account. This oversight has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, as I was relying on the arrangement to manage my payments effectively. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter urgently and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Additionally, I request written confirmation once the arrangement has been correctly app****. I still need the arrangement as I am still struggling to make these payments and i affecting me negatively and I keep getting demand letters.
