No feedback or resolving of request
I recently settled my credit card on 22 June 2020 and was advised that I would receive my settlement letter within 15 days and my itc record updated . I am still waiting and keep being told that headoffice wil send.it. There is no other contact number and I receive no other response.

27 Jul 2020, 13:15Just to respond further on my review, nedbank sent me this afternoon an sms stating my instalment is due on my credit card. I called them and they said the admin department is supposed to close my account band send my letter. When is this going to be resolved please. I paid the account.
