No feedback or help

Nedbank does NOT come back to application for debt relief druing the Covid 19 pandemic. I have app**** online a total of 3 times, no one comes back. The I emailed them...... Its been weeks, no one comes back. Then I phoned....... This was worse. I spent so much airtime because everyone puts me thourgh to the wrong department. After I spoke to someone, they were suppose to come back to me after 36 hours. Its been a week. They really do not want to help their clients. Very dispointed.
