No Feedback On Loan Application

I app**** for a personal loan with Nedbank online on Monday and received a pre agreement quotation as well as instructions to go to a branch and deliver my documents. All good and well, I submitted everything on Tuesday this week. Since then, I have had to call in to the branch and request feedback but only to get promised I will be called back. I am very patient and waited 4 hours for a call I was supposed to get within the hour. I tried to call the branch again but now the phone just rings. I tried the Loan Call Centre, and got cut off before receiving any information.

All I want to know is should I move on or what please?

Still no contact an hour later. This is rather disappointing since i was looking at moving from my bank to Nedbank.
