no feedback on building loan

Good day<br> <br> I have app**** for building loan on the 16th Jan and Ursula assisted me, till today I still do not have a reply. What annoys me is that she keeps promising to action my matter but she never does instead its excuses...like today she told me that my application was kept with the ones for existing buildings. Previously only after when I demanded for feedback she then told me that my ID copy was not clear and I should resend, and I did that. Today I called her in the morning and she said she is driving and will call me, and she did not...I called her and in the middle of conversation the call got cut off...I mailed her...no answer. My quote is about to expire with the seller and there are other people who wants to put in offers of the same land...please treat this as an urgent matter<br> thanks
