No feedback on application

<p>I have recently received bad communication from the bank. I app**** for personal loan online and submitted the required documentation only to be told that it was trashed, when I went to enquire at the bank, this happened without any notification to let me know what had happened. I then became civil and sent again all the documents with advice from a consultant, this I did on Monday. Today it's Wednesday and I haven't received any feedback yet again. Will I again know what's happened only when I go to a branch???? #Bad communication </p>
