No feedback on Appeal

I app**** with nedbank through Clearscore for a credit card S it showed I qualified, I was then contacted back by an agent who assisted me with the application, the application was declined due to scoring however the agent said she will log an appeal which she did and I provided all the additional documents she requested from me. My income is sufficient and I'm self employed and provided my business bank statements and letter of drawing from my account. To date nedbank has not provided me with feedback on the outcome as I was think of moving my business from FNB to Nedbank but it looks like a bad idea. Please provide feedback on my appeal
