No feedback Nedbank

I’ve had a query with Nedbank from the 27th of august where I’ve sent emails to Nrrqueries , for a judgement that was placed on my name for an account paid up. Till today I’m not getting any correspondence , today I’ve called their contact centre but still I was not assisted . the email was referred to Pl legal, Danielle abd Sandra Munsamy.
