No Feedback from Nedbank after several attempt to contact........

Since the 11th October 2021 (or 6 weeks) I have been requesting a settlement amount on a loan, so that I may close my loan account with you. After several attempts both telephonically and via e-mail I have had no feedback. I am very disapointed in the service from Nedbank, especially because I am wanting to make a payment in!!!!

If someone could please contact urgently me, that i may have closure with this matter.
