No feedback from Nedbank

So I made an application for credit through nedbank and this is my first time dealing with this bank. I did not receive feedback from them and called them om 2 occasions. I asked to speak to a manager but my call got cut and I was not called back. My problem is that I submitted personal information to them and received no acknowledgment of receipt. My question and worry is did they get the info and did they ensure my information is safe.
