No feedback from nedbank

Applying for a Nedbank credit card has been the worse experience. It has actually costed me money with long call to their call centre with no assistance. Complaints help line has not been helpful either as since I logged a complaint I only received acknowledgement only.

I have sent them documents for almost 4 times but still they have not received.
