i app**** online for a Nedbank credit card and received an sms that my application has been received with REF no :*** ,and i called to find out were i should send my docs , idid send my docs and its almost 2 weeks now i have not recieved any communication from Nedbank or at least an sms to inform if my application was unsuccessful , what kind of service is this really
