No feedback concerning my problem or returning emails?

So upsetting and disturbing, after 3 email's and several calls, reaching out to complaints department on three different attempts... Still ne call or attempt to solve my problem..... 13 years long loyalty.... Just so upsetting.... Don't know how what to do anymore
