No feedback

I made numerous payment arrangements for my credit cards almost a year ago with Nedbank and I have never received an email to confirm arrangements even even requested letters to confirm. Last emails I received were that they will be noted after payments. I made the payments and followed up and I never received a response. A year later I am still struggling I am not getting any joy. I am still being debited for monies outside of the arrangements. That is very unfair treatment because I am nit being assisted.
