No feedback and bad service ***

I don't believe the service i got from one of the Nedbank agent very disgusting i spoke to a guy by the name of Kurt/Carl whatever his name is firstly he was eating while talking to me how professional is that and secondly he was totally unfriendly and lastly i sent the company a request on the 18th already till today there is no feedback no one is willing to confirm my refund the only thing they are good at is not to miss the debit. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE NEDBANK
