No feedback

I app**** for an increase on my credit card. Waited about a week and followed up. A very friendly lady from professional banking assisted me and stated it was approved but there was an error woth there system and I had to re-apply as it was not showinf on my card. They contacted me and did the application again. Week later heard nothing. Followed up and someone would have phone me back. To date no phone call, no sms on application and no feedback. This is very disappointing for "professional banking"
