I am very irritated with the service i received from the Nedbank since monday

I made a bill payment from my Nedbank account to Makro and JET RCS on Friday the 29th May, those two payments still shows pending under my bill payments, Thise accounts had to be paid by the 31st why offer this option if it pends so long befor payment is released to pay the account?

I need this sorted ASAP i need to cancel or something this, as i need those payment to be made today still to the accounts. I am not getiing any answers, everybody keeps saying they will give me feedback. I will be closing my Nedbank account as i cant handle this pathetic service.
