No Feedback

Pretty awful at providing feedback to its clients (old ones at least). I have been trying to clear old debt with this company for what feels like years, back and off with outsourced creditors even receiving an email from their Resolution Manager with no resolution. They sent me some details where they apparently tried to contact me and I have not received any calls or emails from them. I'm really growing tired of not getting what I need which is for someone to contact me!
